Nope, but try un-checking foreground and background FPS in the video options, along with enabling full-screen windowed mode.

More than enough to run the game, it must be either a bug in the game or something on my drivers.

Have you updated all of your drivers? Are you using windows? Do you get error messages? What do they say?

Windows 7 64 bit. I played Rift, the new Assassins Creed and many other games without any problems.

Here is what the latest one says:

On Sat 26/05/2012 5:04:17 PM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\123101-17565-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: dxgmms1.sys (dxgmms1+0x100A4)
    Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0xFFFFFA00045E62F0, 0x2, 0x1, 0xFFFFF88004A100A4)
    Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\dxgmms1.sys
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: DirectX Graphics MMS
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

Update your drivers. Are you using more than one video card?

I have already done the updates and no I have one card.

The beta worked fine on my pc, I am almost sure this is a software thing and not a problem with my pc.
