    Default Fallout Series

    So I played Fallout 3 when it came out and have only now finally played the original. Although there are some graphical errors with current PC hardware Fallout 1 is so fun. Started Fallout 2 last night. This series may have very well bumped it's way to somewhere in my top 5 game/series. Right up there with Metal Gear Solid series. If you haven't played these originals I would strongly recommend it if given the chance.

    I almost bought Fallout 1 on steam a few days ago. Didn't end up getting around to it but I'd like to try it

    I downloaded all of them. I absolutely love them. They have a really cool RPG-like play/gamestyle that no other games really have. Honestly, I think I like the older ones better just because of that :P

    I would have to agree. I enjoyed the first one more than the third. I'm looking forward to getting in to the second one and then tactics. I figure I'll just go through all of them start to finish so eventually I'll get New Vegas haha.

    @xLykos.
    I saw they were on sale. It was a really good deal. I'm sure they'll have it again though. Probably the summer sale I'd bet. Definitely worth trying.

    I actually just tried fall out 3, don't really have the time to get into it, but I did buy it on steam during Christmas sale. Definitely one of the better RPG's. I prefer oblivion and skyrim more though. I'd like the try the older ones though, i've honestly never heard of the series until Fall out 3

    The first two where extremely different from three.

    The first two where made my Obsidian, three was made by Bethesda.

    I bought them in Best Buy and had a TON of graphical errors, other than that, I can't think of any other RPG with more freedom.

    3 is my favorite game of all time. I've seen some gameplay of the first 2 and hearing you say you liked it a lot makes me really want to try it. I had heard some kind of bad things about it so I was kind of hesitate.
