LADIES AND GENTLEMEN ROFLBRYCE LIVES! lol welcome back brother. I've been trying to design me a VGC style doubles team, been doing a good bit of testing on Pokemon Showdown as of late.

Thank you! Haha. I've been busy but no longer! yeah the extent of my competitive battling is random Showdown battles, but I might learn proper breeding to play with everyonr on the forum here. How does Mega Alakazam in the current meta? He's my new favorite haha.

I mean he's fast and super strong but I haven't really seen him used any. I guess running Magic Guard and Life Orb/Focus Sash has been more popular. But with these new bans coming out we could see him some more. I know Mega Mawile right now is probably the most popular non-banned mega.

I'd rather run a Focus Sash Mega Evo Alakazam, his defense, HP, and Sp. Def are both not that great. Even with the boosted stats he has.

This news is a few weeks old but idk if anyone heard this already, Smogon has officially banned Mega Kangaskhan from the OU tier meaning it is only allowed to be played in the Uber meta game. Mega Blaziken has also been banned, this one isn't surprising considering normal Blaziken is banned out of OU because of his Speed Boost ability, which he retains when he mega evolves. Mega Gengar is currently under consideration for a ban as well.

I really just play by official rules online, but i take it most people will want to use honorary smogon rules withing the forum right?
