If you want to join it go to the arcade and you should find a tournament button there from which you can enter.

you will get a private message when its time for you to play, you will get three tries to get teh best score you dont have to play all three at the same time

to participate - go into the arcade (link on top) in the middle click 1 tournament need players, and look at the current tournament and see if there are any spots open

@toxic - we won't always do a poll sometimes the staff will pick randomly, scott had my permission to open the tournament without a poll so i let him
