    No its a one in 75 chance it will make mars dust. not do anything to us.

    I can't wait too see the one that hits Mars as well which ironically is a couple days after the semi-close encounter with this one and Earth, it's suppose to pass within like 500k miles of Earth which is nothing to worry about and we might get a nice light show.
