I'd say R.E.M's accelerate is the best so far. But Hot chip's Made in the dark is pretty good too.

I'd say Scream Aim Fire - Bullet for my Valentine, cuz thats the only album released in '08 so far by a band I like.

I haven't gone out to purchase a CD this year.
I mostly just download songs.

I'm not even sure if any of the bands I listen too have released an albulm this year or not.

So far, the best album of '08 is Where Myth Fades to Legend. It's Alesana's second album.
