    Default Which Net Do You Have?

    We had a thread like this before but that was a while ago and I am sure some people have changed their nets, I have

    So which internet do you guys have? Hope many of you aren't still on dial up

    I am cable - 10mbps connection which is very fast download speeds, just hope my upload was as fast. I had DSL before which was 864kbps

    Cable = Much Better

    btw, T1 is 1.5 mbps, T2 is 8.0 mbps, and T3 is 45mbps for those that wondered

    DSL for now, when Fios comes.. I plan on getting that. Hopefully the 2 TB HD's will be out about the same time my area gets Fios if ya know what I mean..lolz

    yeah when fios is available for me, i am definitely going to upgrade - it's for the upload speeds because i need better upload speed to run more game servers

    Well with the internet I'm currently using I have no idea. But the internet that we had in the house was 10mb.

    Btw, I was watching this thing on the news and they said the fastest the USA gets is 4mb???

    no...i have 10mbps - that cant be true either because businesses here have up to 1 gbps ports lol, if they have the money that is but i know Japan has some of the fastest internet connections around

    Pretty Sure I have Ethernet. I would have to check, though. It's either Ethernet or DSL

    EDIT: Loel, I just found out neither. I have Cabel 1.5-3.0. Though, as soon as FiberOptic are ran through our neighorhood, we are getting that. Looking forward to Fiber Optic

    the fiber optic lines can go around 30 mbps which isn't even T3 and I really doubt you had ethernet since only business have that these days lol
