Counter-Strike:Source de_inferno IRL!

I found out the other day that de_inferno for Counter-strike:source is based on a real place. The photographs are of a place called San Juan Capistrano which is the Mission San Juan Capistrano in San Antonio, Texas. I thought it was pretty cool.

Well you should know many places from Counter-Strike it's based of the game, have seen people going around with video cameras and made a custom made maps. Hehe

i think de_dust and de_dust2 were based on that desert storm thing, not sure, read it somewhere

and de_cpl_mill is like a...mill which is real in real life
