    Default Team Fortress 2: MEDIC!

    Introduction-
When I first played Team fortress 2 I got the Orange box For my PS3, mainly for Portal and Half life.
Vaguely ever hearing of Team fortress 2, eventually curiosity got to me and I played it, chose my name and looked for my first server.. did I burn it? or did I play it?

    Story-
Team fortress 2 is an Online shooter meant for the soul purpose of multiplayer goodness.
so as you can guess there's not much story but there's a certain Charm about the Characters in Team fortress 2 you instantly fall in love with at least one of the 9 classes/Characters.
The Scout your Fast cocky Character. The Pyro your misunderstood character. The Soldier the guy who just wants to blow shi* up, those are just the 3 Offensive classes. Pretty much the only story element is each team is based on either a Demolition team "Reliable Excavation and Demolition"(RED) or a Construction team "Builders League United"(BLU)

    Graphics-
The graphics are very good and unique, think "The incredible" the Pixar movie.
But imagine Buzz light year getting blown up by a missile launcher or shredded by a Turret.

    Music-
The music in this game is very catchy and addicting.
and the sounds are very clear and smooth.
each class has a list of things you can have them say for example, yell for a medic.
and very realistically, when the Pyro talks all you here is him mumbling because he has that huge mask on.

    Gameplay-
The Gameplay of Team fortress 2 has so many elements it's insane.
but each class has it's own weapon secondary weapon and a melee weapon.
Valve does an awesome job creating new Weapons, Achievements for each class,
New Game modes and maps for all Versions PS3,360,PC of course the PC has the advantage of having fan made levels and mods.

    Game Modes-
    Capture the Flag-
Where each team tries to get the other teams intelligence usually in the back of their base.
    Control points-
Your main objective is to Capture a control point depending on the objective it could be 1-4 Control points you have to capture while the other team tries to keep you from capturing them.
    Payload-
one team has to work to escort a rail cart carrying a bomb along a track through a series of checkpoints, eventually detonating the bomb in the other team's base. The other team has to stop them.
    Arena-
Arena is a team deathmatch style mode with smaller maps, one team wins by killing all of the other side's members in the arena or capturing the map's central control point

    The Classes-
    -----Offense-----
    Scout-
The scout is the fast annoying guy that has a shot gun and a bat.
    Pyro-
The Pyro is the Slow Powerful guy that has a shot gun and a Flame thrower of course
    Soldier-
The Soldier is the easy to use, get the job done guy, comes equipped with a Rocket launcher.
    -----Defense-----
    Demoman-
The demoman is kinda unique he has a Grenade launcher like gun that you can either stick grenade like balls on walls or just your regular grenade.
    Heavy-
The heavy is your Tank he can take alot of damage and dish out a lot with his huge machine gun.
but is very slow in return.
    Engineer-
The engineer can build Turrets Dispensers that Heal teammates and give supplies. teleporter to get your team to the front line quicker.
    -----Support-----
    Medic-
The Medic heals, put a Medic and a Heavy together and you can get alot done.
    Sniper-
The Sniper has a sniper that does mega damage.
    Spy-
The Spy can Disguise himself as the other team mess up enemy turrets Kill enemies in one hit by back stabbing them and can go invisible for a short period of time.

    I freaking played it! Score-
    9.0/10

I haven't been able to get my hands on Orange Box yet, so I haven't had the pleasure to play any of the games.
It sounds like so much fun, though!

    Good review :]

Good review, but there is supposed to be at least 1 picture in each review to make it official.

    Great Review!
I haven't installed TF2 yet, even though I have had it since Christmas. Maybe I'll install some day soon...Installed every other game.

I have the oragne box and I like it... other than team fortress. I just really don't like it. Compared to other online games out there, to me, it's not very good.

You should give it another go, I have a few friends that tried it once and didnt like it, then they tried it again a few months later and loved it.

Thats What makes TF2 better then your average Shooter, there's more to it then just Run, Aim, Shoot. once you get used to all the extra aspects it's very addicting.
