Finale

Our band teacher was talking to our class a while back about how to write music and stuff. He told us a few websites we could visit to download some programs, etc. Well anyway, I downloaded Finale Notebook 2008 yesterday... and I started working on it today. I have finished a piece of music that I think sounds good for my first time. So far, this seems like a really great program for anyone that wants to write some music. You can use notes or even tabs for guitars. The one I got was free, but there's a better version that has more instruments and stuff. I thought this was really cool so I decided to share it with anyone that might be interested. There are a lot of different programs you could get; does anyone have something like this?

I was thinking about it... but I'm not super confident. There are a lot of things I want to fix but I'm not sure how to yet. If I get the chance I will upload it I guess.

No, I wouldn't say that. Garage band lets you drag in clips of music and stuff to make a song. This program allows you to write out sheet music and play it to see what it will sound like.
