Banned because that would only serve against me in court ;p

Because his teaching methods are non-existent. He writes up the same notes that we've already printed off and mumbled in 10 second burst. The entire class has no idea when he's teaching or talking to himself. And when we ask for help, he says "that's an easy question." and buggers off. ¬.¬ It's the highest level possible in school and i'm gonna ****in fail it and not get to where i want to be for uni. I think instead of hitting him, i'll start crying - give him a guilt trip. That way i don;t get kicked out lol
