I have this game and I'll give you guys my opinion on it... To keep it short if you dont want read this game isnt that great... Its really a half azz game that most gamers would be disappointed in..

Yet if you love sniping this game is for you and the best mode to do it on is "combat mission" I'm not a big sniper but on this game the sniper is the best weapon in most cases/modes... Its really easy....

If your a run and gunner then this game might not be right for you... The maps arent that big and you really wont get that many kills before you die...

another thing is to get a lot of kills camping is the best thing to do on this game... find a nice spot and camp....

The single player for this game isnt that great and its really a short game... Theres not that many intense battles many one or two.. The campaign lasts about six hours, and on the normal difficulty level, it isn't particularly challenging. Ramping up the difficulty makes your foes appreciably harder to kill yet not that much harder...

Despite the focus on realism, however, Medal of Honor tries to tightly control your experience throughout the campaign, and this leads to some unfortunate problems. Part of the campaign experience immerses you in the dialogue among your squadmates and up the command chain (some of which is thoughtfully spent ensuring that the individuals in your crosshairs are actually enemies). Much of this chatter is delivered on the run, but there are times when your progress is halted at a flimsy door or a short rocky ledge to let your squadmates talk. There are also a lot of invisible walls that prevent you from going off the beaten path. These two elements seem designed to keep you in line so you can experience the campaign the way it was meant to be experienced, but they can feel heavy handed and restrictive at times. Perhaps more egregious is the not-so-hot enemy AI. The Taliban soldiers can shoot and take cover reasonably well, but they often enter the battlefield or stick their heads out from behind cover in alarmingly predictable ways.
The Problems I noticed with this game online....

Their is lag and as you play a game dont be surprise if your game freezes for a short period of time then starts again... Once or twice in about normal for during the course of playing one game...

Frame rate is really bad as well.. Again dont be surprised if you find your self dieing behind walls/cover.... A number of times I get shot at and take cover behind something and I still die...

Just trying to play with friend can be annoying... You make a party and can only invite 3friends... Cant talk in the lobby.... You find a room and it will most likely put one of your friends on the other team even tho theres room on the other team that your on... so you have to back out and try again... Then if you get everyone on the same team the mics might not work...

Spawn camping happens a lot on this game, yet when you spawn you cant die right away so if you move fast you should be find...

a lot of people camp/snipe so dont be surprised if your taking objectives on all by yourself at times... I mean most of the time.....

Game modes are deathmatch, sector control, objective raid, and the progressive combat mission.

Sector control is where you have to control there points.. Each team can take over all three points...

objective raid is where one team has to arm a two devices and the other team as to protect it.. This mode doesnt usually last long...

combat mission is exactly like rush on BF2.. One team has to take over a sector and the other has to protect it.. If it gets taken over then you move on to the next one... This is the best mode on the game...

The online is a lot better then the single player but will take some time to get use to...
