Combat Advice?

I've been trying to increase my stats, and I want to go and kill some of the better monsters in RS, but I need to level up before I can do that. So, I was wondering what everyone recommends I train on. I am a non-member, and here are my stats:

Attack: 60
Strength: 68
Defense: 61
Ranged: 54
Magic: 64
Prayer: 52
Constitution: 64
Overall Combat Level: 79

any suggestions? Hill Giants aren't doing much in the ways of exp.
