yeah it does...when i first saw the trailer i was excited about a new Civilization game for the PC then it said PS3 and my smile turned upside down 
and i haven't played the game to judge the game play - i got bored with Civ IV after about 5 hours of total play last month lol...maybe cuz i kept tabbing out every minute
