my right shoulder does that all the time...i can do it on purpose over and over again lol along with my left elbow and I can crack my fingers over and over again too...

not good at lol...gonna have a lot of joint pain later (me)

I am thinking yeah my I can make my shoulder make a grinding sound as well and it sucks because when the weather changes by a lot I'm in pain
