but it is still very complicated, I am just happy vB has moderation system built in, I am going to look for a few more member management and spam stopping mods after my finals...and see if they can help over the break

lol i could probably do the same as well..but meh..vB has a lot of parts and creating modifications can be tricky unless you understand it fully, but if you can make us something, I'll make you a mod!

the point is that we want to turn away spammers, they don't read the rules anyway and we stop them before they make their mark on the forum, and like i said before, this usually happens during the holidays and hopefully I won't have to keep doing it past january
