Image>Image Size>enter your dimensions

I'm sure a google search would have given you the answer in 15 seconds o.o

OK here you go , sorry Samus fan had the dimensions backwards that is what I based it on .

hehe .. I tried it with some text but it kinda didn't work too well .. hopefully it stands out on its own as it is
