What do you do to stop being edgy and hyped up?

I meditate, lay a tarot spread, and/or cuddle with Muffin. I play casual games... can't get into anything hardcore when already hyped; hardcore games don't really help relieve stress :P

I lie down under the covers and hope the world goes away, have dili lay me a tarot spread, and/or cuddle with dili.

Mostly lie around like a dead fish until I feel different.
