Honestly, I actually feel crappy when I dont do anything active. Like when I spend a week eating bad and sitting on my ass I feel so much worse then when I watch what I eat and get some physical activity in. No idea when that changed because I used to be a little fat kid that only ate crappy and say muh arese :P
Now I also feel that a bit, before I could not step out of the house for days more than just getting the mail and such. And now I almost walk a mile(10 kilometers) per day. However I eat a LOT of crap, like cookies, ice cream and so on. No matter what I do i will preobably always do that. lol
