Silent Hill

So I was going to get Silent Hill Downpour today, but then I found out the HD remakes of Silent Hill 2 and 3 come out on March 20th.
I can' get both due to money, so what do you guys think I should get? Downpour, or 2 and 3 remakes?

Downpour seems to have gotten a lot of mediocre reviews. Metacritic of 70 for 360 version and 62 for PS3. Might be best just to rent it.

I'm sure you can find the non-hd versions of silent hill 2 and 3 for very little. Graphics aren't everything. And you'd probably have enough for downpour still.

I would go for Downpour since it could be a great game.
