Question about a few games.
So my computer preformance are like this: Motherboard GIGABYTE GA-990XA-UD3, AMD 990X/SB950, DDR3, sound, SATA, G-LAN, PCI-E, CrossFireX, SLI, USB 3.0, FW, ATX, s. AM3 / AM3+ Graphic card PCI-E XFX AMD RADEON HD 6970, 2GB DDR5, HDMI, DualDVI, miniDP, HDTV
Processor AMD FX X4 4170 BOX, s. AM3+, 4.2GHz, 12MB cache, Quad Core
Memory PC-12800, 16 GB, MUSHKIN BlackLine FrostByte, 997055, DDR3 1600MHz, kit 2x8GB
SSD 120.0 GB MUSHKIN Chronos MKNSSDCR120GB, SATA3, 2.5'', MLC-Chip, max. to 550/515 MB/s
Now, I'm wondering about why I can't run 2 games on full fps and max graphics without fps lagging (bellow 45 fps) with these preformances.

These are both online games so it might have something to do with my internet but I doubt it. At the same time... it could have something to do with my monitor. It might not be able to read the images fast enough since it's a VGA (LG) type of a monitor with a 1920x1080 screen resolution... Could anybody please help me and tell me what I should do? And yes, I have installed all of the latest drivers for ati.

Check the in-game settings to see if there is any fps throttling option. Also your definition of FPS lagging makes me sad cause I think the highest I have played a newer game on recently is 20 FPS...
-
No, the point to this is that I shouldn't be fps lagging at all in these games and I am for some odd reason... I don't fps lag in battlefield 3 on max graphics ffs.

I'm guessing that you are running some version of windows. What version of directx do you have?
-
Well, I'm running Windows 7 home premium x64. And not sure, I think that the directx 11 comes with the windows... so there should be no problem with that.

But yeah, also have directx 9.0c installed.

Ok what kind of internet speed do you have?
-
Compare your FPS to your refresh rate. You might have to adjust V-Sync, the "FPS Killer".
-
Internet speed is... not sure. I download files at 1mb.

Hmm, my max screen refresh rate on 1980x1080 reso is 60Hz. Only lets me go 75Hz on the reso of 1280x1080

The games refresh rate should be the same as your monitor's. Look for an option that says "enable v-sync" or "sync verticle refresh rate"
