Computers. composed of software or hardware modules that can be altered or replaced without affecting the remainder of the system.

Which means they can be switched out and changed like a modular power supply it has ports to connect the wires you need. Where mine is like just a jumble of cables and I find somewhere to stick them if I'm not using them
