probably lol - those countries probably just received the PS1 - i mean, i wouldn't be surprised if there were a few countries that only started getting the consoles from the PS1 generation

even products from one first world country to another can be delayed - like games released in japan can be released months before in North America - and then even later for Europe...

that's a normal day occurrence though and most likely will always be, just crazy that all the PS1 haven't been sold yet
