probably lol - those countries probably just received the PS1 - i mean, i wouldn't be surprised if there were a few countries that only started getting the consoles from the PS1 generation

even products from one first world country to another can be delayed - like games released in japan can be released months before in North America - and then even later for Europe...

Sony enjoyed a very successful launch with titles of almost every genre, including Battle Arena Toshinden, Twisted Metal, Warhawk, Philosoma, and Ridge Racer
I had BAT, got it for free never really played it though.

that's a normal day occurrence though and most likely will always be, just crazy that all the PS1 haven't been sold yet

that's a lot of different PS1 games.

As of March 31, 2007, the cumulative software shipment was at 962 million units.
would be insane if someone tried to get 1% of that.

Lasting over 11 years, the PlayStation enjoyed one of the longest production runs in the video game industry. On March 23, 2006, Sony announced the end of production.
I just wonder when they'll kill off the PS2
