Just a curious shout-out to see if anyone still plays wow these days?

I still know a few people that play. But I try to pull people away as I think it's a waste of time and money. If it wasn't p2p, I most likely would have given it a try as I like MMO's. One time pay is good for me.

I know a healthy handful of friends that play WoW at college. I don't myself, though - I haven't ever done a p2p mmo either.

I hear ya .. sometimes stuff is too fun to be healthy. I've been playing since the US beta, and now play on a european realm .. I have 10 lvl 80s, one of EVERY class .. yes, I am retarded.

Both of my roommates still play but I have been away from WoW for a good 3+ months now and its a good thing for me. I had 4 level 80's and a couple more on the way but was getting bored and decided to move on. I probably will be back just before the next expansion but have not really decided. Its nice not having to shift my schedule to raid anymore.

Aye I can understand that. Luckily the new stuff that arrived in the latest patch has got me interested again after quite a long break. Mind you, a lot of what I'm doing right now is really in preparation for Cataclysm which looks really awesome.
