I get a little worried about the downloads because I got pretty slow internet.

    Great game

If you ever played the first Dawn of War games, then you will notice a huge difference in the way the game is played. There is no longer base building involved, it's just about keeping your squad alive in the field, using supplies and reinforcement points.

In the multiplayer, there isn't base building involved either. You just get your command HQ, and that's it. You also get a few turrets for defence too.. it's good when you get used to it though

Also, the graphics are kick ass!

Is it like any of the codename panzers games, if you played any?

Haven't played any of those mate, so I couldn't comment
It's very original, if I could describe it in a few words!
Also.. it's Warhammer, so it has a 90% chance to be awesome! 10% fail, in regards to Warhammer Fire Warrior :P

    Default xbox indie games

Shoot1UP is about the best dollar I've spent lately. Not to compare it to Contra, but it gives me the same satisfaction to sit down and play through it in one sitting. Love the old school feel.
