I have:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q82000 @ 2.33 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4350 @ 3315MB
8GB DDR3 RAM
Stock Sound Card for HP Pavilions
64 bit Windows Vista
It is a $1000 machine.
Believe it can handle Crysis 2 WITHOUT lag whatsoever?
Let me know what you think.

Look at the minimum specifications list I posted at the end of my review, and you can see for yourself ^_^

I know you listed the required specs, bro, but I'm looking for the best specs.
Are the specs you listed minimum requirements to even be remotely capable of running it? Or are the specs you listed the downright average for a pretty much lag free experience?
I've read your review and loved it so much that I've decided to get it alongside the sims medieval next week, but I wont buy it yet if my rig cant run it.
I'm getting a new rig in a few weeks time once my dad returns from a business trip to Germany, but I was thinking about getting it before that.
So what do you think?

Crysis 2 really doesn't stress a system, it's very easy-going to run. You won't need anything that much better than the minimum requirements, to be able to run it and be satisfied with how it looks and plays at the same time.

4350 isn't really a gaming GPU, you might be able to pull off low settings. If you're building/buying a new rig soon, just wait for that.

Yeah I'm building an Alienware with a very generous budget of $1500, so maybe I should just wait until then.

If you don't mind my saying, I'd highly recommend against Alienware or anything Dell related for that matter. Wayyy overpriced for what they give you.
If you have a 1500 dollar budget I could put together something for you on Newegg that'll blow Alienware out of the water.
@ Jay: Good review, but I have a question. Does this game feel confined at all? The massive levels and sense of scale are part of what made the first one great.

I'm not Jay, but the campaign doesn't feel cramped at all unless you're fighting inside buildings. The city (and other locales) are pretty frickin' big.
