If you are trying to say a video game is trash atleast justify it with some reasons.

stating that the game is trash really sums things up pretty quickly in my opinion, rather than some long drawn out review about its poor gameplay.
personally, id suggest not buying rift. guess thats out of line to put that out there?
:/
You're clearly not getting it, darling.
If you're going to say that the game is trash, at least give a reason for it being trash; go in depth, because if you don't, you're being a clown yourself. It doesn't have to be "some long drawn out review"; as a video games critic for a magazine, I know what I'm talking about when I say that you can conclude a game in an 8 line paragraph, on average.
Also, I'm not a hater, until you give me reasons to be a hater.
Just sayin.

eh, its just the same old game we've been seeing for years rehashed. (AND it requires a subscription fee) i could go on, but i really dont feel its necessary. its just not that great fellas. pretty similar to a crappy korean mmo grind really.

Now, if you had put those reasons next to your initial, short-hand conclusion, then it would have been a respectable opinion :P
But yeah, that's pretty much what I've heard from a lot of other people. I've been advised to wait for Guild Wars 2, even though I didn't need advising on the matter, as I've been looking forward to Guild Wars 2 since it's announcement a few years ago.

A sub fee is common for games such as rift to keep the game running update hardware and software etc. Nothing wrong with a sub fee if you want the creators to keep the game running as smoothly as humanly possible. In World of Warcraft Blizzard had pvp tournaments and what not where the winners got some very nice things, creators of rift might do the same thing.

I have played crappy Korean MMO's where you are forced to grind. And Im around lvl 30 on my current character and have to keep dropping quests because there are more than I would need to clear a zone and gain appropriate levels. I dont think its just my opinion that rift is one of the most polished MMO games ever made. The proof is there for anyone who plays it. Looking at a few minutes of gameplay on youtube does not qualify you as having a valid opinion. If someone told me they had played it and given it a reasonable chance. I would respect that opinion. (like muffincat did)
But when someone posts "its just like a crappy korean MMO grind" I really want to know why they are trying to sound informed and spewing nonsense. Please play the game before you hate on it ... bro.

Some of my friends have played it, from what I've heard it sounds like a pretty good game. I suggest renting it out before hand, to see if its actually worth buying.

Kind of an average subscription fee, unfortunately; I do agree with you though.
