GF Image Host (Read Before Uploading)

The Gamers Forum Image Host is finally here. It has been anticipated for a while and it has finally been brought to life. There are things you have to know before you can use it so please read this thread carefully and thoroughly.

I don't have unlimited space but we can still host thousands of images. So follow these steps to Upload your images:

1. Click the GF Image Host Drop Down Box.
2. Click Upload Images.
3. You should have 3 browse boxes - the FIRST Box MUST be filled if you want to upload, otherwise you will get an error.
4. Only .gif , .jpg , .png , .bmp files are supported at the moment.
5. Make sure your image isn't too large and click "host it" and it should upload.
6. When you are in My Images Page you will be able to see your picture thumbnails along with BBCode, BBCode with URL, and HTML version of the images. Feel free to copy/paste them to anywhere.
7. If you want others to be able to see your "Image Profile" you MUST go to the image permission and click "set Public" otherwise the default is at private.
8. You May also delete the image if you don't like it.

Here are some Rules to GF Image Host:

1. No Images May Contain: Nudity, Vulgar Language, Racist Remarks, or anything else considered Offensive.
2. Images may NOT be over 2 Megabytes, usually wallpapers exceed this so please try not to upload anything bigger. It will not work.
3. Images may not be more than 1024x768 in dimensions. It will not work.
4. You are free to upload images with Transparent portions and these must be in .png format
5. Violation of any above rules will cause the image to be deleted and you to be infracted - you will also lose the privilage to use the system.

Each User may host up to 600 images each - this is default and may be changed later - GFX Pros get to host 1000 Images.

Again max size is 2048 KB or 2 MB, no surpassing this, this may be raised later.

Too much abuse of the system will result in the image host being disabled or completely removed.
