Thinking about how I need to talk Id.E.M into letting me use a freebie to get the essay on time...

Thinking how you'll have fun with that because he was asking me and Jenni for a freebie. :'p

Just finished lifting and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be really sore tomorrow. Definitely did way to much for not lifting in so long.

I'm proud of you. XD
You pulled through. lol
Take some aspirin, maybe?
Try to stretch it out, maybe you won't be as sore tomorrow.

= )
I didn't stretch before I started, because I didn't plan on doing that much. I was to tired to stretch after I was finished. and Aspirin never helps with soreness, for me at least. I'll just suffer

Well....
Uhh..... Fudge. lol
My track couch told us to drink chocolate milk to restore energy, oddly enough, it helped. haha.
I also wasn't too sore the next morning.
You may not be that sore since your body was used to it beforehand anyway.
*goes back to the essay* ~.~

I did mostly upper body stuff, I could hardly hold my water up to drink it = p. My abs are going to be sore though, that's what I mostly did. Went to abs, biceps, abs, triceps, abs forearms, Deltoids (shoulder) , abs, pecks then more abs. I stayed after school this time instead of going to niks, so the football coach was mad because I haven't stayed after for so long. haha

Lol ouch.
And haha!!
I would have been mad too. XD
But if you went to Nik's, you would have gotten distracted and wouldn't have lifted at like, all. :'p ( 'cept for the treadmill for what? A mile? Lazy :] )
So I guess it's best you stayed after school. lol
